When we first found out that we had the chance to move halfway across the world to Mongolia, we did as much research as we could on the country. Every new fact or anecdote fascinated equally, but what really surprised–and excited–me was when I found out about Mongolian dinosaurs. I am no paleontologist, so I can’t regurgitate everything I read on the subject, but apparently, dinosaur fossils and Mongolia go hand in hand. There have been recent discoveries as well as older ones and you can even take tours to visit the “dinosaur lands.” Pretty neat!
