Pregnancy and Postpartum

I don’t think we’ve made a grand announcement on this blog, but we are expecting baby #3 early this September. Our first two were born in Mongolia, and this will be the first time that I’ve gone through prenatal care, labor, and delivery here in the US. Usually, when folks hear that our first two were born in UB, I get asked, “Well what was that like?” and I don’t have much of an answer for them because it’s all I’ve known. That said, now that I’m approaching 8 months of pregnancy, I’m starting to get an idea of similarities and differences. However, I’m curious what our readers would like to know about these experiences. What questions do you have surrounding this topic (pregnancy and postpartum) in comparison/contrast, traditional beliefs, etc.? Let us know in the comments below!
